Please bring all your insurance information with you to your appointment. Please be prepared to make any co-payment as specified by your insurer. Colorado Springs Gynecology Associates requires a photo ID and your Medical Insurance Card at the time of your visit. If you do not have your Medical Insurance Card, insurance verification must be presented prior to your appointment.
If you do not have medical insurance and wish to be seen on a fee-for-service basis, arrangements can be made in most cases with the billing department. Arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid delays on the day of your appointment.
